This vibrantly colourful dessert will tingle your tastebuds with its sweet, aromatic, fruity freshness. A perfect match with the Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru.

Preparation (6 persons)

For the fruit salad:

  • Peel and prepare all the fruits.
  • Place all the fruits in a mixing bowl.

To make the syrup:

  • Boil 200ml / 6.8 oz of water for 8 min with half the redcurrants and raspberries, split the vanilla pod and add the sugar.
  • Add the lime juice, and then pour the hot syrup over the fruits.
  • Serve with a Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru.
