Preparation

  • Prepare a Livanto Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml)
  • Pour 1 half of the espresso in the espresso cup, and the other half in the blender cup
  • In the blender, add the ingredients in the following order: The freshly squeezed lime juice, the cacao cream, the syrup, the rum, the crushed ice
  • Beat for 1 minute and serve in a Lungo Cup (150 ml)
