Preparation

  • Prepare your coffee in a large cup, add the caster sugar and stir well
  • Pour the sugared coffee into a shaker along with the orange juice and 3 crushed ice cubes
  • Shake the mixture vigorously
  • Serve in a chilled, large recipe glass with 2 more ice cubes.
