Coffee-Strawberry-Raspberry Smoothie Break

A creamy, light and fresh red fruit based coffee smoothie for any occasion.

Preparation (4 persons)

  • Prepare the Vivalto Lungo Grand Cru in lungo (2 x 110 ml), pour  in a bowl and leave to cool
  • Wash the strawberries in cold water, hull them and chop them into small pieces
  • Pour the cooled-down coffee, the strawberries, the cane sugar and the raspberry sorbet scoops into a blender
  • Mix for about 30 seconds, until you obtain a smooth mixture
  • Carefully pour the smoothie into small glasses
