Bonbon Coffee

A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru.

Preparation

  • Place 30 ml of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
  • Pour a sachet of chocolate powder over the condensed milk
  • Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (110ml.)
  • Press the hot froth button
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
