A refreshing and invigorating dip into an cool iced coffee sensation.

Preparation

  • Pour the Curaçao syrup and the crushed ice into the glass
  • In the shaker, mix the sparkling water with the passion fruit syrup
  • Gently pour this preparation into the glass, try not to mix the two preparations
  • Prepare the Capriccio Grand Cru in espresso (40ml)
  • Shake the espresso with 3 ice cubes
  • Pour on top of your glass
