  FOR ONE RECIPE GLASS
Ingredients:
Preparation time : 8 minutes
Degree of difficulty : average
- 2 capsules of Livanto (to produce 80 ml/3 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- 1 whole star anise
- 1 tablespoon of peach syrup
- 50 ml/2 fl oz of peach yoghurt drink
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons of milk froth (sweetened with 1 teaspoon of peach syrup)
- Praline shavings or chopped nuts for decoration
Stages:
• Prepare your coffee in a large cup.
• Add the star anise to the coffee, allow to infuse for 5 minutes, and remove.
• Then pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes and shake vigorously to cool the mixture.
• Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee and shake vigorously again.
• Serve in a cold Nespresso recipe glass.
• Carefully add the sweetened frothed milk.
• Decorate with praline shavings or chopped nuts.
