FOR ONE RECIPE GLASS

Ingredients:

Preparation time : 6 minutes
Degree of difficulty : average

- 1 capsule of Decaffeinato Lungo (to produce 110 ml/4 fl oz of Nespresso lungo coffee)
- 2 whole star anise
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 3 seeds of cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of cane syrup
- 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) of cooled cola drink
- 3 to 4 ice cubes

Stages:
Prepare your coffee in a large cup.
Add the star anise, the cinnamon and the cardamom to the coffee.
Let the spices infuse for 4 minutes before removing them.
Add the cane syrup and stir; then pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker.
Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously to cool the mixture.
Pour the chilled coffee into a cold Nespresso recipe glass and then top up with the cola drink.
Serve cold with a straw!
