Ingredients:

Preparation time : 3 minutes
Degree of difficulty : easy

- 1 capsule of Ristretto (to produce 40 ml/ 1.5 fl oz of espresso coffee)
- 150 ml/5 fl oz of cold, fresh milk

Stages:
Pour 150 ml of cold, fresh milk into the Nespresso recipe glass and use your machine steam nozzle to froth it.
Prepare an espresso in an Espresso cup and pour it slowly down the inside of the recipe glass to produce a graduation of coffee colour through the milk and a three-layered effect (hot milk at the base, coffee, topped with milk froth).
