  FOR ONE RECIPE GLASS
Ingredients:
Preparation time : 3 minutes
Degree of difficulty : easy
- 1 capusle of Capriccio, Cosi or Decaffeinato Intenso
- 5 tablespoons of crushed ice
- Sugar to taste
Stages:
• Prepare four espressos (4 x 40 ml).
• Pour into a shaker and sweeten to taste.
• Add five tablespoons of crushed ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to obtain a smooth froth.
• Serve your espresso cocktail cold, preferably in a narrow glass.
TASTING SUGGESTION:
Morning or evening, to refresh the mind.
