- 1 capsule of Ristretto, Arpeggio or Deacffeinato Intenso
- 2 dessertspoons of cane sugar syrup
- 1 scoop of coffee ice cream
- Some whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder to taste

Stages:
Prepare an espresso in an Espresso cup and add two dessertspoons of cane sugar syrup. Place to one side.
Place one scoop of coffee ice cream in a stemmed glass.
Pour the espresso coffee and cane sugar syrup mixture on top of the ice cream.
Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder to taste.
