In the event of a technical problem with your machine, the Assistance Service is available on our toll-free number: 0800 234 579

Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

We can carry out a diagnosis over the phone, and if your machine requires a repair, we can offer you our Assistance Service Program, which includes:

- The collection of your machine from the address of your choice
- The loan of a machine for the repair period (subject to availability)
- The return of your machine to the same collection address
- A further 6-month warranty after the return of your machine

The Assistance Service is free if your machine is under warranty and subject to further conditions.
