SERVICE ASSISTANCE FOR YOUR MACHINE

The Nespresso Club is making every effort so that you can enjoy without interruption a machine in perfect working condition.

For any question or technical incident assistance, contact our service by phone: 800 87 600, Monday to Friday, from 08.00 - 19.00. A qualified coffee specialist will immediately undertake a telephone diagnosis.

If your machine needs repair, you can take advantage of the assistance package, including:
   1. You send us your machine. 
   2. We loan you a new machine in case of delay.
   3. Repair of your machine and a full check of its components within 7 working days.
   4. The return of your machine to your home and an extended warranty of 6 months after repair.


All of the assistance package is free if your machine is under warranty (subject to conditions beyond the warranty period).
