Latte macchiato arpeggio & sandwiches
PREPARATION TIME : 20 min.
INGREDIENTS : 6 Arpeggio capsules (6 x 40 ml). For the sandwiches : 1 baguette – 1 cucumber – 1 pot of Vegemite (or Marmite) – 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese – 1 loaf of sliced wholemeal bread – 2 avocados – Maldon salt (or sea salt).
Slice the baguette lengthways in two. Spread on a layer of Vegemite and then the cream cheese. Place the cucumber slices on top. Cut into sandwiches. Lightly toast the wholemeal bread slices Use a fork to spread the crushed avocado onto them. Sprinkle with salt. Serve with an Arpeggio* Grand Cru Latte Macchiato.
