NESPRESSO Creative Workshop...
...at the 2010 Bocuse d'Or Europe
The Nespresso Creative Workshop is a meeting place for culinary professionals and chefs, allowing them to discover how a Nespresso Grand Cru can be interpreted and deployed in contexts where it’s not necessarily expected.
Launching its first Creative Workshop during the 2009 Bocuse d’Or competition, Nespresso paid homage to this broad-minded approach to haute cuisine and to the creativity practiced by the world’s great chefs. For this second edition, the chef selected by Nespresso for his talent and taste for adventure will use two days during the event to demonstrate how a Grand Cru Gourmet coffee can be interpreted according to his particular taste and sensibility.
In order to understand and share Nespresso’s values and the subtlety of each Grand Cru, the chef attended the Chef ’s Academy before going on to create his four recipes. In addition, and for the first time, the Nespresso Creative Workshop will present sessions hosted by wine stewards following the 2010 Bocuse d’Or Europe.
