SMOOTH RISTRETTO MARINATED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Ristretto capsules (4 x 25 ml)
- 4 chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 lime
- salt
Prepare the coffee in a bowl. Squeeze the lime. Add the lime juice, sugar and pepper (4 turns of pepper mill) to the prepared coffee. Stir all the ingredients and leave the marinade to stand. Remove the skin from chicken legs and salt them. Place them in an ovenproof dish and pour over the marinade. Marinate them for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. n Cook the chicken legs for 40 min in a preheated oven to 200°C (392°F). Half-way through cooking, baste them
OUR SUGGESTION: For a tasty and balanced lunch, serve the chicken legs with pilaf rice and a vegetable julienne.
DULSÃO WAKE AND ITS COFFEE MUESLI

Very easy to prepare
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Dulsão do Brasil capsule (40 ml)
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 2 teaspoons liquid honey
- crunchy muesli (as much as you like)
Prepare the coffee in a bowl, add the yogurt and honey, and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Cool the mixture for 10 min in the refrigerator. Take it out of the refrigerator and add the muesli.
OUR SUGGESTION: For an even more delicious muesli with added vitamins, you can mix, according to the season, some chopped fresh fruit.
DELICIOUS FLAN WITH DECAFFEINATO INTENSO

PREPARATION TIME: 20 min, plus 3 hours chilling time in refrigerator.
Easy to prepare
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Decaffeinato Intenso capsules (2 x 40 ml)
- 5 egg yolks
- 300 ml milk
- 300 ml single cream
- 120 g caster sugar
- 6 gelatine sheets
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water to soften them. n In a bowl, whisk the egg yokes and sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy. Prepare the coffee in a bowl. Bring the milk and cream to the boil. Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the coffee. Pour on the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan. Cook, stirring gently with a wooden spoon, until the cream thickens and has the consistency of custard. When the cream has reached the desired consistency, add the squeezed-out gelatine sheets. Stir until the gelatine sheets have completely dissolved in the coffee cream. Pour the mixture into small glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
OUR SUGGESTION: Just before serving, sprinkle the flans with thin, dark-chocolate flakes.
VIVALTO-STRAWBERRY-RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BREAK
Mid-Afternoon

PREPARATION TIME: 15 min
Very easy to prepare
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Vivalto Lungo capsules (2 x 110 ml)
- 250 g strawberries
- 4 scoops of raspberry sorbet
- 3 teaspoons cane sugar
Prepare the coffee in a bowl and leave to cool. Wash the strawberries in cold water, hull them and chop them into small pieces. Pour the cooled-down coffee, strawberries, sugar and raspberry sorbet scoops into a mixer. Mix for about 30 seconds, until you obtain a smooth mixture. Carefully pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
OUR SUGGESTION: For an even fruitier result, decorate the glasses with mini strawberry brochettes.
