Nespresso throws its weight behind Young Talent in its 7th year of being an Official Partner of the Cannes Film Festival
Nespresso is taking on a dual focus of celebrating both young talent in the film industry, as well as their counterparts in the world of haute cuisine, as part of its exclusive role as Official Partner of the renowned Cannes Film Festival.
Continuing its engagement and recognition of young talent Nespresso is awarding its “Grand Prix Nespresso” for the fourth year running. This award celebrates the best debut film of a director and is part of the critical success of the Semaine de la Critique.
Bringing attention to young, talented chefs is also a goal of Nespresso in opening its chic, designed beach “Plage Nespresso” to chosen chefs preparing a Grand Cru-inspired experience.
Over past years the “Plage Nespresso” has developed a reputation as one of the Festival’s most stylish and sought-after haunts of the Festival. Nespresso is again hosting its own exclusive beach area on the Croisette’s iconic Plage du Festival with stunning views across the famous bay.
Stars of the film festival and guests will benefit from the accessibility to their favourite Grand Cru and coffee experience with 220 Nespresso machines on site serving an estimated 180,000 Grand Cru coffees to festival visitors.
