The Assistance Service is available on

Monday to Friday from 9 am and 6 pm.
We can carry out an immediate diagnosis over the phone, and if your machine requires repair, we can offer you our Assistance Service Programme, which includes:

- The collection of your machine from the address of your choice
- The loan of a machine for the repair period (subject to availability)
- The return of your machine to the same collection address

The Assistance Service is free if your machine is under guarantee and subject to further conditions.
