• The Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organise the loan of a machine, subject to availability, and return your machine when repaired.
• Service available Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00
* The Assistance Service is free if your machine is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For repairs outside of warranty there is a flat fee of £79.
