  • I have not received my order. What should I do?

    If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please  contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 0800 442 442 (1800 818 668 for ROI), and our Coffee Specialists will re-arrange the delivery.
  • I have just placed an order and need to change the delivery address.

    Please contact the Nespresso Club immediately on freephone 0800 442 442 (1800 81 86 68 for ROI) and we will arrange delivery to your alternative address. Please note that this may cause a delay to the delivery of your order.
  • Can I arrange for an order to be sent overseas?

    Nespresso UK is unable to offer delivery to an address outside of the UK or ROI. We recommend that you contact the country’s local Nespresso Club to register and place an order.
  • If I choose Express Delivery, when can I expect to receive my order?

    Nespresso offers an Express next working day delivery option for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Orders must be placed by 2.30pm for guaranteed next working day delivery to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland and by 1pm for the Republic of Ireland.

  • What do I do if I have missed my delivery?

    Please contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 0800 442 442 (1800 812 660 for ROI) and we will arrange a second delivery for the next working day. Please note, if you have somewhere safe on your property that the parcel can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can make a note of this on your account to avoid delivery delays in the future. Please note that packages are left at your own risk.
  • I will not be home at the time of delivery, what do I do?

    If you have somewhere safe on your property that the order can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can arrange for the delivery company to leave your parcel as instructed. Alternatively, if you wish to have your order delivered to a work address, this can also be arranged. Please note that packages are left at your own risk.
