    • Origin

      The washed Arabicas composing this Grand Cru are coming from the Santander region, located at the North-East of Colombia. Various tree species compose bush that shelter the coffee trees from high solar radiations and enrich the soils. This special environment originates a very distinctive coffee.

    • Roasting

      Santander beans are split roasted at a higher temperature and longer than Cauca ones. It develops the sweet cereal and toasted notes of the Grand Cru.
