• Where can I purchase a Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Card can be purchased online at Nespresso.com, in Nespresso Boutiques or by contacting the Nespresso Club by phone: [800.562.1465].

• What are the amounts available on Nespresso Gift Cards?

  The purchaser selects the amount to put on the Nespresso Gift Card when purchasing it, between $10 and $500 with increments of $5.

• Are the card-holder and envelope free of charge?

  Yes. The amount you choose to offer with the Nespresso Gift Card is the amount you will pay for it. It is also the exact amount the card's recipient will be able to use at Nespresso thanks to the card.

• Where can I pay with my Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for your orders online at Nespresso.com, in Nespresso Boutiques and when ordering over the phone at 800.562.1465. The Nespresso Card may not be used to purchase food or drinks at our Boutique Bar locations. The Nespresso Gift Card will not be accepted at Nespresso partners such as [Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma].

• How can I pay with my Nespresso Gift Card?

  In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Boutique Specialist before performing your payment. When ordering by phone or online, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and its secret code.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card with other methods of payment?

  You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order's amount. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for several orders?

  Yes. As long as your Nespresso Gift Card's balance is positive, you can use it.

• Can I use several Nespresso Gift Cards to pay for one order?

  Yes, you can pay for one order with several Nespresso Gift Cards.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any Nespresso products?

  Yes, you can use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any product available in our Nespresso Boutiques, online or over the telephone.

• Is the Nespresso Gift Card reloadable?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is not reloadable. It is not a credit or debit card.

• How can I check the remaining balance on my Gift Card?

  You can check the balance of your Nespresso Gift Card by using the dedicated section at the top of this page.

• Can I return a Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account.

• Can I cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card?

  Yes, you can cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card. The corresponding amount will be credited on the Nespresso Gift Card.

• Can the Nespresso Gift Card be used in another country?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
