• Where can I purchase a Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Card can be purchased in Nespresso Boutiques or by contacting the Nespresso Club by phone: 0200-456 600.

• What are the amounts available on Nespresso Gift Cards?

  The purchaser selects the amount to put on the Nespresso Gift Card when purchasing it.

• Are the card-holder and envelope free of charge?

  Yes. The amount that you choose to for your Nespresso Gift Card is also the amount that you pay, and the amount that the receiver of the Gift Card can use as payment to Nespresso.

• Where can I pay with my Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for your purchases in Nespresso Boutiques and when ordering over the phone at 0200-456 600. The Nespresso Gift Card will not be accepted at Nespresso partners such as Elgiganten, MediaMarkt or Cervera.

• How can I pay with my Nespresso Gift Card?

  In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Coffee Specialist before payment. When ordering by phone, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and its secret code to the Coffee Specialist. Nespresso Gift Cards cannot be used on our website yet.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card with other methods of payment?

  You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay the order amount in full or partly. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay several for orders?

  Yes. As long as your Nespresso Gift Card's balance is positive and its expiry date has not passed, you can use it.

• Can I use several Nespresso Gift Card to pay for one order?

  Yes, you can pay for one order with several Nespresso Gift Cards

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any Nespresso products?

  Yes, you can use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any product available in our Nespresso Boutiques or over the telephone.

• Is the Nespresso Gift Card reloadable?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is not reloadable. It is not a credit card or debit card.

• How can I check the remaining balance on my Gift Card?

  You can check the balance of your Nespresso Gift Card by using the dedicated zone at the top of this section.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card after the expiry date?

  At the end of the expiry date, the Nespresso Gift Card will be considered invalid. Remaining balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account.

• How long is the Nespresso Gift Card validity period?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 years, starting on the day of purchase.

• Can I return a Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account.

• Can I cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card?

  Yes, you can cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card. The corresponding amount will be credited on the Nespresso Gift Card.

• Can the Nespresso Gift Card be used in another country?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
