• Where can I purchase a Nespresso Gift Card?

  The Nespresso Gift Card can be purchased in Nespresso Boutiques.

• What are the amounts available on Nespresso Gift Cards?

  The purchaser selects the amount to put on the Nespresso Gift Card when purchasing it, between €10 and a maximum value of €250

• Is the card-holder and envelope free of charge?

  Yes. The amount you choose to put on the Nespresso Gift Card is the amount you will pay for it. The recipient will then have that amount available to use at Nespresso when using their card.

• Where can I use my Nespresso Gift Card?

  You can use the Nespresso Gift Card in Nespresso boutiques, by telephone on 1800 81 26 60, or at nespresso.com. The Nespresso Gift Card will not be accepted at Nespresso partners such as John Lewis.

• How can I pay with my Nespresso Gift Card?

  In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Coffee Specialist before performing your payment. When ordering by phone, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and its secret code to the Coffee Specialist. Nespresso Gift Cards cannot be used on our website yet.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card with other methods of payment?

  You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for several orders?

  Yes. As long as your Nespresso Gift Card's balance is positive and its expiry date has not passed, you can use it.

• Can I use several Nespresso Gift Card to pay for one order?

  Yes, you can pay for one order with several Nespresso Gift Cards

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any Nespresso products?

  Yes, you can use the Nespresso Gift Card to purchase any product available in our Nespresso Boutiques, by telephone or on nespresso.com.

• Is the Nespresso Gift Card reloadable?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is not reloadable. It is not a credit card or debit card.

• How can I check the remaining balance on my Gift Card?

  You can check the balance of your Nespresso Gift Card by using the dedicated area at the top of this section.

• Can I use the Nespresso Gift Card after the expiry date?

  At the end of the expiry date, the Nespresso Gift Card will be considered invalid. Remaining balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account.

• How long is the Nespresso Gift Card validity period?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is valid for a period of 24 months, starting on the day of purchas

• Can I return a Nespresso Gift Card?

  Nespresso will exchange or refund Nespresso Gift Cards purchased, provided they are returned unused and with their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase and with proof of purchase, this does not affect your legal rights. The cost of any return postage will be yours. Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of any part of the Nespresso Gift Card balance which you have already spent on authorised or pending transactions prior to the cancellation of the Nespresso Gift Card.

• Can I cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card?

  Yes, you can cancel/return an order paid for with a Gift Card. The corresponding amount will be credited on the Nespresso Gift Card.

• Can the Nespresso Gift Card be used in another country?

  The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
