  • I have not received my order. What should I do?

    If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time, please contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 900 259 259, and our Coffee Specialists will re-arrange the delivery.

  • I have just placed an order and need to change the delivery address.

    Please contact the Nespresso Club immediately on freephone 900 259 259 and we will arrange delivery to your alternative address. Please note that this may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

  • Can I arrange for an order to be sent overseas?

    Nespresso Spain is unable to offer delivery to an address outside of Spain. We recommend that you contact the country’s local Nespresso Club to register and place an order.

  • What do I do if I have missed my delivery?

    Please contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 900 259 259 and we will arrange a second delivery for the next working day. Please note, if you have somewhere safe on your property where the parcel can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can make a note of this on your account to avoid delivery delays in the future. Please note that packages are left at your own risk.

  • I will not be home at the time of delivery, what do I do?

    If you have somewhere safe on your property where the order can be left safely, or with a neighbour, we can arrange for the delivery company to leave your parcel as instructed. Alternatively, if you wish to have your order delivered to a work address, this can also be arranged. Please note, express deliveries require a signature and packages are left at your own risk.
