Working with key partners, we have built new community milling facilities in the Caldas region of Colombia. The mill will enable coffee farmers in the region to double the volume of AAA coffee, secure a higher premium and with time, seek to increase progressively their net income by 30 % as well as reduce the environmental impacts of coffee processing by using 40% less water than the traditional on farm milling.
