If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please contact the Nespresso Club on freephone 0800 18 18 444, and our Coffee Specialists will re-arrange the delivery.
Nespresso Germany is unable to offer delivery to an address outside of the Germany. We recommend that you contact the country’s local Nespresso Club to register and place an order.
If you miss the delivery you usually receive a message card from our logistic partner DHL which informs you that you can collect the delivery at your next post office.We recommend to indicate a delivery address where you are available during the day (e.g. working place).
