Wait for the refund.
The reimbursement will be done within 30 days at the latest.
The product needs to be returned in the original packaging.
The product has not been used.
The return happens with 14 days from the date you have received the product.
Goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The returned goods must fulfill the following conditions:

Would like to request an exchange for the items you return or to return your machine/aeroccino for recycling when buying a new one.
The returns process applies only to the unused goods purchased through Nespresso. If you would like to recycle your capsules, please visit www.nespresso.com/ecolaboration.
IMPORTANT!
The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note.
Return the parcel to the nearest Kiala point and mention “Nespresso return”
Keep the proof of return until the return has been processed.
