If your Nespresso machine needs repairing during the warranty period, Nespresso will collect it from your chosen address and will deliver you a free loan machine (subject to availability and excluding Aeroccino Milk Frothers)

Repairs will only be undertaken on Nespresso branded machines.
Free service if your Nespresso machine is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and was purchased in the country where the repair is undertaken. The benefits given to you by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Flat Fee rates apply if the Nespresso machine is no longer under warranty. Check the terms and conditions with the Nespresso Club
